Bio degradable urns
“BIOS” is an urn manufactured from natural biodegradeable plant material and cellulose. Inside there is a tree seed. It can be substituted for another seed, shoot or plant appropriate to the place of burial. When the urn is buried, the seed germinates and grows. The BIOS urns allow you to transform the usual burial ritual into a natural and harmonious lifecycle. Cemeteries can become forests.
BIOS urns were designed in the year 2000 by Gerard Moline.
Premio medalla ADI FAD 2002.
